Refund and Return Policy
Our refund and return policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. This applies primarily to tires, wheels, and other commercial vehicle accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:
• Used or mounted tires and wheels
• Items installed or altered after delivery
• Special-order or custom products
• Open or damaged packaging not due to shipping error
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to process any return.
Partial Refunds
In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
• Products with visible signs of use or installation
• Items returned without original packaging or missing components
• Returns requested after the 30-day return window
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email at contact@fleettiressupply.com regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card provider — processing may take time.
3. Contact your bank — posting delays are common.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@fleettiressupply.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, email us at contact@fleettiressupply.com and ship the item to the return address provided upon request.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee may be deducted from the total.
If returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
